  • ITS LIKE A PENNY!
  • Margot is seen as an outsider compared to all the other children. She is different from everyone else b/c she came from Ohio to Venus only 4 years ago, She is disappointed b/c it rains for 7 years stright
  • Climax
  • THE SUN IS ABOUT TO COME OUT, DON'T DO THIS! PLEASE!
  • PUT HER IN THE CLOSET! DON'T LISTEN!
  • When Margot constantly talks about the sun, she tries to describe it to all the other kids, but they get mad, and begin to locker her in a closet.
  • Falling Action
  • Margot writes a poem describing the syn. The Children also discuss and argue about what the sun looks like.
  • Resolution
  • All of the kids wanted to see the sun, they were jealous that they couldn't remember what the sun felt, and looked like, like Margot could. They got fed up, and locked her in the closet, just before the sun comes out.
  • OKAY.
  • They all go outside w/o Margot and played for 2 or so hours outside with the sun. After some times the sun starts to leave. They are being forced to go back inside because the rain is coming back for another 7 years.
  • After they come back inside. They remember that they left Margot in the closet, and go and open it back up. They show no remorse for what they did, as Margot quietly gets up and exits the closet.
