  • I hate you!
  • Ok, well that is your Constitutional right
  • Amendment 2
  • I have a gun, yay.
  • Well, I guess that's cool as long as you've completed the safety training process.
  • Amendment 3
  • Aww, but I'm a Soldier.
  • Get out of my house! I don't want you here and there is no gov. ruling right now!
  • Citizens are free to say what they want when they disagree with the Government, but their actions must be kept under control.
  • Amendment 4
  • I know my rights! You can't be here without a warrant
  • Fine, I guess it is a constitutional right.
  • There is an organized army that can defend the states in times of need. Also, each person is allowed to have a weapon.
  • Amendment 5
  • This is true, it is stated in the constitution. He may be released.
  • Soldiers cannot live in people’s homes without permission from the owner of that house or the gov. saying so, even if war is going on.
  • Amendment 6
  • Uh oh
  • You are under arrest for shoplifting! Now I shall read you your Miranda Rights!
  • The police cannot search on somebody else’s property without a document that permits it (warrant).
  • You can only be trialed on the same crime once. You cannot be forced to confess. You have the right to remain silent.
  • Your honor, this boy cannot be trialed again for this same exact crime
  • During trial, the jury cannot previously favor one side. And, when arrested, the police must tell you what crime you committed and tell you your rights for trial. Also, if you cannot pay for a lawyer the court will assign you one.
