Monsters are Due on Maple Street

This storyboard does not have a description.
evidence 1:one of the main themes of Monsters Are Due On Maple Street by rob sterling was don't asume things. in the teleplay charlie shoots pete because he asumed he was the monster.
Theme: Don't assume things
evidence 2: Tommy tell them the story and now everyone asumes that there are monsters in the neighborhood.
They are monsters
evidence 3: nobody can trust anyone so they end up killing everyone.
evidence 1 supports the theme don't amuse things because charlie amused something but what happened was not good. he assumed that Pete the person who was walking toward them was the "monster". so without any evidence that Pete was the monster he got the hand gun and shot pet. after that the entire neighborhood assumed that charlie was the monster because he intentionally shot Pete. after that the entire street fell apart everyone assumed that everyone was the monsters and they killed each other.
evidence 2 supports the theme because Tommy told everyone there were monsters and everyone believed him. if it wasn't for Tommy no one would have died because they would not have killed each other. Tommy also assumed that that his stories were right. in conclusion it is Tommy's fault for setting all this up.
my third supporting evidence for this theme is that everyone in the end ends up killing each other. they end up killing each other because they all end up thinking each other are the monsters. they are assuming that with no real evidence. since they assume that each other are the monsters the kill each other.
