For IT Support Field Engineer who fix end-users technical problems, the Service-Desk App is a Mobile App that enable far location based and field IT technical engineers to check and update problem tickets on the go without the need to pass by the main office every norming to check the daily maintenance roster. Moreover, unlike using paper log in field and update all tickets on Service-Desk system when getting back to office the Mobile App would enable Field Engineer to update tickets remotely in location.
