  • Show and Tell
  • tomorrow!!
  • Oh no! How will I know what to bring??
  • I can't see...how will I know what is beautiful?
  • Don't worry, I will help you find something!
  • What about these flowers, Marvin? They're such pretty colors. Or how about a branch from one of these trees? They're pretty too!
  • Sally...I've never seen flowers or trees. How am I supposed to talk about how beautiful they are?
  • Tomorrow is Show and Tell! The students were asked to bring something they think is beautiful. Marvin struggles from his loss of eyesight, and doesn't know what he will bring.
  • I've got it!!!
  • Sally is Marvin's best friend. They talk about the assignment as they walk home from school that afternoon.
  • Show and Tell today!
  • Sally tried her best naming all the beautiful things she saw on their walk, but Marvin had never seen any of it and did not agree with anything she came up with. They both became very discouraged.
  • Show and Tell today!
  • Thank you, Marvin. You're the best friend ever!
  • Marvin stayed up for hours thinking and thinking about something he finds beautiful. After what seemed like forever, the thought finally came to him and he knew exactly what he would do!
  • Marvin brings Sally up to the front of the class. Everyone was surprised at first but then applause bursts from the students.
  • This is Sally, everyone. She has the most beautiful heart and even though I've never seen her, she will always be beautiful to me.
  • Marvin and Sally hugged after the presentation was over.
