  • The red patches on your scalp are a form of psoriasis.
  • It is caused by skin cells growing at an abnormally fast rate.
  • We do not know what exactly cause it, but we do know the immune system and genetics play a large factor.
  • The main treatments for scalp psoriasis is medicated shampoo and scalp lesions with steroid medications. 
  • There is no "cure" for psoriasis. We can treat the symptoms though.  
  • Is there a way to cure my psoriasis?
  • With the right treatment, Jessica was able to minimize her symptoms and start to enjoying life again.
