Its my second year at Barton and I don't want to gain the Barton 15, so, I'm going to start dieting this year and exercise more. (Contemplation through preparation).
My friend Kay said she wanna do the same thing so we stated planning how to lose weight. I started slowly by cutting out my weakness, eating french fries, and replacing them for eating fruit. Instead of soda replace with water.(Preparation)
It was pretty hard at first , but slowly cutting things out it became easier and we planned an exercise schedule.(Maintenance)
We both started to take Zumba Classes together when we both didn't have to work.
I work at Target, and there be many temptations and times that I almost relapse to eat junk food. But it gets easier to avoid junk food . Instead of buying snacks like chips and soda, I pack myself snacks which include fruits and water.
Sticking to my diet and exercise made it easier to make this lifestyle. Doing th SMART plan is really effective and have lost weight gradually which I'm loving.
