  • In order to create servant leaders, it will be impressive that the ones teaching are operating from this posture.
  • Consistent Training & Development
  • Not only is it important to employee the right professors, but the curriculum must be streamlined with an undertone of servant leadership.
  • Graduation Final on Servanthood Leadership
  • Selecting students that have a passion to serve this world is just as important as hiring the right professors.
  • Continued Mentorship or Follow-up
  • This will be a great tool to keep everyone focused on the mission and it will be great from a development standpoint.
  • Before graduation, I really believe that every student should be required to write a 5 page paper on what Servanthood Leadership means to them.
  • This is probably the most important step....FOLLOW-UP! There should be a mentor assigned even after graduation to influence and coach around what it tangibly looks like hands on.
