Isaac Weiner was born in 1886. He was born to a Jewish family in Ukraine in the village of Vanchnovka. He got married to Machla Sandler, and raised six children.
In the 1930s, there was a famine that swept through Ukraine. Issac's whole family survived. Issac jumped from many jobs during this time, Germany invaded the Soviet Union in 1941. Since Issac new this was happening, so he and his wife tried to get their children on a train to the east.
The Germans took over Vinnitsa, where Issac's family lived, in July of 1941. His wife, Machla, was murdered in a mass killing in September. On April, 16 of 1942, Issac and his daughter were also killed in a mass killing.
