The Estates general meeting was the first since 1614, it was a general assembly representing the french estates(1st, 2nd and 3rd). It was hosted by king Louis XVI to talk about the financial problems. It was shortly ended when the third estate separated themselves and created their own away from the kings power. Which initially caused the French Revolution.

The great fear was a general panic of the public at the beginning of the French revolution it was believed to be caused because of a rumored plot to cause famine so the peasants armed themselves and some attacked manors.
The Reign of Terror was a period violence that occurred after the beginning of the French Revolution and was a conflict between to different political groups and resulted in mass execution of " the enemies of the revolution".
