  • I am the President and i have the power and control over armed forces!
  • Judicial Branch
  • Let us decide if it is a fair law or if it goes against the constitution!
  • we will also apply laws to certain cases!
  • The legislative branch is made up of the two houses of Congress—the Senate and the House of Representatives. The most important duty of the legislative branch is to make laws. Laws are written, discussed and voted on in Congress. There are 100 senators in the Senate, two from each state.
  • Full Faith and Credit
  • I Respect your stare your state and all of your rules
  • The power of the Executive Branch is vested in the President of the United States, who also acts as head of state and Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces.
  • Amending the Constitution
  • I want to Propose an Amendment!
  • The judicial branch interprets the meaning of laws, applies laws to individual cases, and decides if laws violate the Constitution. The judicial branch is comprised of the Supreme Court and other federal courts.
  • Federalism
  • I will not over power you!
  • Full Faith and Credit addresses the duties that states within the United States have to respect the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state.
  • Altering the Constitution consists of proposing an amendment or amendments and subsequent ratification. Amendments may be proposed either by the Congress with a two-thirds vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate or by a convention of states called for by two-thirds of the state legislatures.
  • Federalism is the division of power between federal and state government, so one doesn't over power the other.
  • And I will not over power you!
