Salva Was Weak During The Beginning Of The Story Because He Was Young, Scared, And Frightened.
Salva Grew In The Middle Of The Story Because After His Uncles' Death, Nobody Wanted To Give Him Food Nor Water Because Everyone Thought He Was Weak, And Would Slow Them Down. Which Salva, In Return, Then Got Food And Water On His Own, During Which Also Made Him More Independent.
Salva Was Strong During The End Of The Story Because After He Crossed The Gilo River, He Managed To Lead 1500 Boys Of Multiple Ages To Another Refugee Camp During Which He Assigned Them Jobs, Led Group Meetings, And Talked With The People Who Just Didn't Feel Like Doing Their Work.
