Newton's 1st Law: Objects at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion unless acted on by an outside force.
The cars are both in motion and they are heading in the same direction. They're going to hit each other and then they'll both stop.
Newton's 2nd Law: Force is equal to mass times its acceleration.
A child jumping into a pool will make a bigger splash than a bunny jumping into a pool.
Newton's 3rd Law: For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
I'm about to hit the ball with my head. Hitting it with my head is the action, and the ball bouncing away is the reaction.
