  • Well you are in luck because I can answer all of them!
  • Hey I have a question. How does meditation help you.?
  • Well it sharpens your concentration, it helps your memory and it reduces stress!  
  • Cool! That can totally help me.
  • How about you in the brown shirt, do you have any questions?
  • Ya I do actually. When and how long do you have to meditate for? 
  • Good question. It is best ti start with 5-10 minutes. The best time to do it is in the morning before the stresses of the day start to kick in. 
  • That is wonderful thank you!

  • I have a question! What does being mindful do to your mind, brain and body?
  • Well it brings clarity to your mind and lowers levels of anxiety!
