These otters live in the cold antarctic weather, but some are dying off.
Step 1:Over Production of offspring
The otters want to keep their species alive so they have to reproduce. They reproduce a overproduction of offspring (Three or more) so they have a greater chance of the species to stay alive.
They have one main and dangerous predator. The arctic fox.
Step 2: Variation
This shows that there is different variations of the otters. Some with white coats and brown coats.
Step 3: Selection
The arctic wolfs have realized that the brown otters are easier to spot that the white otters in the snow.
Step 4: Adaptation
All of the brown otters have died off because they wernt adapted to their environment but, the white otters are reproducing and living .
