The tree makes its own food so it would be called autotroph. It uses energy from the sun which makes glucose so the tree can use the energy. All this is called photosynthesis.
Chloroplast has photosynthesis in it so it can only acurres in plants. Photosynthesis makes oxygen, glucose, and energy from the light.

Cellular respiration needs sugar and oxygen to make ATP, but not only ATP it also makes carbon dioxide and water.
The deer is a heterotroph because it needs food to get energy. Mitochondria sugar is turned into energy, which comes through a process called cellular respiration.
