A Jewish man was walking along a Road. The man was enjoying himself when suddenly, a group of men jumped up from behind a hill. They took all his belongings and they beat him up because they didn't want him to come follow them. He was left lying on the road, bleeding.
After a while, a priest walked past the man. He noticed the man in pain on the side of the road. Instead of helping he ignored the situation and walked to the other side of the road.
A bit after the priest's visit, a Levite was walking down the same road. He stopped to look at the man and saw that he was struggling. Instead of taking his time to help he kept walking past without giving a bit of help to the poor man.
A few minutes later another man come walking, he was a Samaritan. ( Jews don't like Samaritans) the man who was dying on the side of the road was a jew, so you would expect the man to not stop.
As soon as he saw the injured man he went over to him and felt sympathy for him he cared for him and used bandages and oil to help heal his wounds.
The man lifted the suffering man onto his donkey and took him to a hotel where he took care of him. The samaritan paid the man at the front desk of the hotel and told him to take care of the injured man.
