  • then he dose not know what side his on if he said that his party in igornat
  • what will you do as presidents
  • The landslide
  • How do you feel with winning the election with such a landslide.
  • 7 states voted for Mr. Adams would you like to say anything to them.
  • Yes they are most likely part of the old federalist and they see that we have beaten they ideas again. At least 15 other states see that the republic ideas are trash.
  • It shows just shows how bad a president John Quincy Adams was.
  • Welcome to the proper party Mr. Calhoun.

  • In the election of 1828 there was tons of "mudslinging" or insulting the the other side of the election, this was the first time it occurred in a election.

  • In the election of 1828 Andrew Jackson won the election 15 states votes to John Quincy 7 state votes. which was a landslide since some of Jackson votes was from the northeast.

  • I say as speaker of the house that you congress men should vote for John Quincy Adams for this reasons...

  • In the election of 1828 John Calhoun switched party and became the VP of Andrew Jackson

  • All three of the candidates where only favored in there area and not by much other states so the votes where even.
  • Henry Clay who was the speaker of the house saw that we was not going to win so he made a bargain with Mr. Adams that if he got Adams to Adams would make him Secretary of state.
  • In the election of 1824 John Adams won the election with a corrupt bargain and no one respected him. With the election of 1828 Jackson won and everyone loved him.
