Igneous rock forms when magma cools inside the Earth or lava cools above ground.
it cools the lava and turns it into igneous rock.
lava comes from the top.
then the igneous rock turn it to sedimentary by weathering and chemicals change it.
erosion break down a rock into loose material in a source area.
very high heat and pressure, which cause obvious physical and/or chemical changes. Examples of these rock types include marble, slate, gneiss, schist.
