Storyboard Text

  • WOOF!! WOOF!!
  • GOTTA GO GOTTA GO!!
  • HONEY HURRY GET THE KIDS IN THE NEST, THIS DOG IS NUTS! (haha, get it?)
  • Greg the dog wants to catch the squirrels for his owner kicked him out for jumping on the counter. He is 25ft away from the tree and is looking at a 55 degree angle towards the squirrels. Greg uses Tan(55) x 25 = 35.7 so Greg needs to go up the tree 36 ft.
  • Now that Greg knows how to far he has to go up the tree, Greg needs to know what angle it will be to get up. Greg is now 3 ft away from the tree and the tree is 40 ft tall. Greg will use Tan^-1 (40/3) = 85.7 so he needs to start at 85.7 degrees.
  • Greg started up the tree but fell and came back down. Greg sat down to think. He finds a stick and tries to hit the squirrels down. Greg is looking at the squirrels at a 45 degree angle and the tree is still 40 ft tall so Greg uses 3/Tan(45) = 3. So Greg needs to be 3 ft away away from the tree.
  • GREG GOT THE SQUIRREL!!!
