I hope you learned something about Vitamin K today. I need to go find Martin before he gets in trouble.
Vitamin K helps to clot your blood. Although, there are times where you don't want your blood to clot. After getting a bruise you most certainly want your blood to clot, so you don't bleed out (excessive bleeding). Symptoms of a defecincy include: bleeding within the digestive tract, gum bleeding, heavy menstrual bleeding, or hemorrhaging.
In more frequent decades, some studies have also shown that Vitamin K helps to maintain strong bones in seniors, and prevent heart disease.
