  • I'm so tired, I hope this doesn't effect my work.
  • Using blue light electronic devices before bed can keep you awake for longer, it stimulates the brain preventing sleep.
  • A lack of sleep then effects our daily lives such as work, school and also our attitude towards people.
  • This can cause us to act irrationally and take out our anger on work colleagues or friends.
  • However not using any blue light electronics an hour before bed will dramatically increase your chances of a good nights sleep.
  • You will find yourself waking up more easily and better rested. Also you will find yourself in a better mood.
  • This will result in better relationships with people and you will finally feel yourself again.
