I'm so tired, I hope this doesn't effect my work.
Using blue light electronic devices before bed can keep you awake for longer, it stimulates the brain preventing sleep.
A lack of sleep then effects our daily lives such as work, school and also our attitude towards people.
This can cause us to act irrationally and take out our anger on work colleagues or friends.
However not using any blue light electronics an hour before bed will dramatically increase your chances of a good nights sleep.
You will find yourself waking up more easily and better rested. Also you will find yourself in a better mood.
This will result in better relationships with people and you will finally feel yourself again.
