  • Initially need to build up awareness of thecitysecret brand within the family office community.
  • Once we have more family office followers and have got thecitysecret name out there we can start to raise awareness about the growing need for technology in the family office industry.

  • After the initial stages of building awareness we can start to post information about the portfolio optimization application and begin to market it.
  • Weeks 7 - 15 (Post a few times a week) • 'Looking for a solution to manage all your client data in one application? We have the answer #familyoffice #thecitysecret • 'Pleased to announce the launch of our new cloud-based portfolio optimization application, tailored specifically for your family office needs. #(name of product)' •Share videos and posters that we create to advertise the product
  • Would hopefully have someleads by this point, but need to continue marketing the product and directly targeting family offices.
  • Weeks 16 - 25 (Post a few times a week) • Continue creating and sharing videos from Youtube and providing links to the LinkedIn page • 'Don't miss out! Sign up to our monthly subscription and see the benefits instantly. #familyoffice' • Links to thecitysecret website • Offer promotions, so for instance sign up and get the first month for free, to try and gain more leads
  • After several weeks of building awareness, marketing efforts will tail off and sales will increase so need to focus on achieving sales and getting companies to buy the product.
  • Week 25+ •Need to nurture leads and follow up anyone that expresses any interest in the product outside of twitter. •Tweets to say how companies have tried it and would recommend the product • Links to articles and e-magazines that mention the product/reviews
