Hercule Poirot's Characteristics Hercule Poirot is very brilliant. He is always focused and never gives up. Detective Poirot also has a mustache and wears fancy suits. He is tall as well.
Countess Andrenyi's Characteristics Countess Andrenyi is very beautiful and wears modern dresses. She is a bit snobby.
Mary Debenham's Characteristics Mary Debenham is a very young woman and is pretty. She is calm and friendly most of the time.
In the ending, the suspense was created when the murderer was about to be revealed.
A character that didn't change at all was Hercule Poirot. In the ending, he was just the same brilliant detective he was in the beginning.
Once the murderer was finally revealed, you wouldn't have expected that it was much more than one person who were in the plan of the murder. That was the role irony played in the story.
