Storyboard Text

  • Juliet appears on her balcony as Romeo wanders around the Capulet garden.
  • Oh, Romeo! Change your name and swear you love me for me not being a Capulet!
  • Just call me your love, Juliet! I will never be Romeo again!
  • Juliet is anxious about Romeo being murdered by her relatives, the long rival of Romeo’s family.
  • My love, if my relatives see you, they will murder you because of who you are.
  • No one can keep our love out. Therefore, your relatives are no obstacles. I swear my love by the moon.
  • As Romeo swears his love to Juliet, she stops him and talks about their exploding love.
  • Romeo, please don't swear. This love is too much like lightning, which flashes and disappears in a sudden.
  • Please, Juliet, don’t leave me unsatisfied.
  • Suddenly, Juliet's nurse calls her. She then quickly promises to send a messenger to discuss the marriage with Romeo
  • My nurse is calling me. Dear love, what time tomorrow should I send a messenger to you?
  • By nine o’ clock, love.
  • After whispering the word of love, they leave.
  • Thousand times good night, Romeo.
  • Sleep peacefully, Juliet.
