  • The beginning of a New Country
  • Now that the Country has been freed from England. We can create our own rules. we need a constitution to help us form a federal System and disperse equality throughout the country.
  • POWER TO THE PEOPLE
  • The Constitution that we have written has given our people and citizens the right to have freedom of speech, of press, and of assembly. We have also gained the right of having fast trials, and the right to have a person to defend you. And you cannot be searched or have your house searched without a Search warrant. In case of a draft, people shall fight against the enemies to help America persevere.
  • RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE
  • We have also given people the right to have witnesses in a trial and now the government can not intervene with duties that require the state or the people.People will not be denied the option of voting for presidency as long as they are 18 or older. And now, people can petition ideas to the government to help the USA grow in a better direction.
  • LIMITS AND RULES OF THE NEW GOVERNMENT
  • The government has now limited power over the citizens. Each branch, the judicial, legislative, and executive, hovers over the other to make sure everybody stays in line. And there will be a president, which is now George Washington, that will stay in office for 4 years and can or will be reelected fro another 4 years if the states agree.
  • THE THREE BRANCHE'S REGLEMENTS
  • You cannot be a senator if you have reached the age of 30. You can't be a representative if you have not reached the age of twenty five.
  • The president can command an army to go and fight or just go an investigate what is going on.For any high crimes commited by the president he can be impeached.
  • EXTRA INFORMATION
  • A states cannot be formed in or between two different states, it must be a new area of land. Soldiers cannot be quartered in houses without consent of the owner of the house.Excessive punishments can not be placed.The government cannot deny any rights to anybody no matter what.
