Heston, I know I might seem nasty but I contain trace elements which are essential for good health! There are 6 essential trace elements in the body which are Iodine, Copper, Zinc, Iron, Selenium, and Molybdenum. The element I contain the most of is Selenium, which boosts you're immune system!
