  • The name of the two groups that split where the Theravada and the Mahayana.
  • The Theravada believed the teaching of the elders. The Mahayana Believed that Theravada teachings were to strict for ordinary people.
  • The new religion that crept into India was Islam
  • How this religion affected the Indian society was the expansion of Islam.
  • What was happening in the territory was they where always fighting. Why the other countries were always coming to India was because they were always getting attacked and India is a peaceful land.
