Wear a hat, it will block the sun from your face. And slip on some glasses to protect your eyes.
Make sure you wear sunscreen to protect you from the UV radiations for eg UVA and UVB.
Since I am black, it lessens the chances of me getting skin cancers or melanoma. Though there is still a possibility.
oh no, what are some other ways to stay sun safe? Wait- I have seeked shade
Since I am very pale it is much easier for me for to get skin cancers r melanoma so I must wear a hat, apply sunscreen and find shade.
I have followed all the rules to sun safety, So now I am sun safe and ready to go out prepared.
