  • It may seem like constantly pushing yourself harder is the only way to success, but making time for a healthy diet, good sleep habits, and exercise will make achieving your goals much easier.
  • Okay, everyone, let's plan out our schedules and figure out how to allot our time to achieve all of our goals.
  • TIME MANAGEMENT
  • 1 in 5 people in the US have a mental illness. Having depression, anxiety, or any other mental illness doesn't mean you're weak or insane. It just means you need take steps to get better, just like you would if you had the flu or a broken arm. And you don't need to face it alone.
