Storyboard Text

  • Exposition
  • Conflict
  • Rising Action
  • Our main character is constantly called insane or crazy, but does not believe he is so. He claims to be completely healthy with heightened senses.
  • Climax
  • The main character has an urge to kill this old man. He has nothing against the man; the only thing that prompted the killing of the man was his eye. The eye sent chills down his spine when he was looked at, and majorly disturbed the younger man.
  • Falling Action
  • The main character was noticeably nicer to the older man, silently planning out his attack. He planned very thoroughly, opening up the old man's door at midnight every night, hoping that his unsettling eye was open so he could strike.
  • Resolution
  • The main character snuck into the old man's room late at night, finally seeing his opened eye. He put a mattress on top of him and suffocated the man until his heart stopped beating.
  • The main character hid the body under the floor boards. A neighbor heard a scream snd called the police. The main character acted innocent and had the police convinced for a while until he cracked.
  • The main character hears a ringing in his ears and finally cracks to the police. He tells them everything about the old man and digs the body up from under the floorboards.
