Alright, guys! Next week is the South Bronx competition, and you guys know what that means. Your scores will determine which 6 guys and gals are going to California for Nationals.
Welcome to San Diego National youth physical fitness competition. By now you guys all know the drill, 100 sit ups, 60 push ups, standing long jump of at least 5'4, 30 pull ups and a 300 meter run. You have 2 minutes for each, and get as many as you can. Males, you're up first. Tomorrow is females. I wish you all the best of luck.
