  • Jonas and his family is living happily in the community, with his two best friends Asher and Fiona. The days in the community is predictable and with sameness.
  • Climax
  • you are so tinnnny wiennnny
  • He was chosen of the new receiver, he will get trained by the giver. Nobody else knew anything about the memory. After this ceremony he will go and train with the giver to receive the memory.
  • Falling action
  • giver, i want to give people memory
  • He received some memories and he started to see color, he saw Asher and Fiona is playing the game of war, he tried to stop them because he knew that war is cruel and it reminded him of the soldier. But however he tried Asher won't listen tohim because they do not have the access of memories. The giver also said to him that the community knows nothing.
  • Resolution
  • He started to get more cruel memories and that really damages him. The giver started to train him more even though he want a rest. He want to know what was his dad doing, the giver taught him to simply just ask for something he wants. After seeing what his dad was doing, he realized that release is to kill. He was deeply damaged, and feel bad for those people that lived in the community and suffered the pain from the community.
  • He and the giver planned to bring memories to everyone. He decides to leave the community and live without sameness and predictability. He wants everyone to live with love, and every memorie.
  • He left the community with his little brother. He rode his bike outside the community and he had never had such easy and simple joy. He felt good because he don't need to live in sameness, but he also felt bad for what he had lost.
