Maybe if you'd stop watching YouTube before bed every night, you could fall asleep easier. Stop using electronics two hours before bed.
Exercise daily. One hour should be a good amount.
Make sure that your mattress and pillows are not too hard.

Try drinking a cup of warm tea about thirty minutes before bed to relax you. Don't drink it too close to bedtime, else you'll awaken with a full bladder.
