Storyboard Text

  • zzzzzzzzz
  • Perspective
  • I was trapped no way out
  • I defended my family's honor
  • I did it. I confess
  • Claim
  • Text Evidence
  • The vaulter eye was looking right at me right at me
  • In the Cask of Amontillado, Montresour was a proud man, but when his honor was insalted by a jester named Fortunado he sealed him behind a wall and let him die. In the tell Tale Heart the narrator was driven mad by his master and his bad eye. Every night he would go into the mans room and would try to take out the eye. One night he went into the room and the man wake. So the narrator killed him. That morning the police came with a noise complaint. Driven mad he confessed.
  • Analysis
  • The main Character was unjust and should not have killed the old man.
  • Counter Claim
  • I'm more just because Fortunado insulted my family
  • Who is more justified?
  • "A single dim lantern, like the thread of a spider. It shot out the service and onto the vulture eye. It was wide open- wide, wide open... There came to my ears a low, dull, quick sound, such as when a watch is covered in cotton.
  • Wrap Up
  • LET ME OUT OF HERE
  • This shows that the man was just waking up and surprised the Main character which means that the man didn't do anything physically to the main character.
  • His eye was freaking me out, he left me no chose
  • Some may say that Montresor was more unjust because the jester just said somethings, but the jester made fun of the man giving him some reason where as in the Tell Tale Heart the main characters victim didn't do anything and was killed.
  • I'm more just since I didn't want to look at that eye any longer
  • In conclusion The Tell Tale Hearts main Character was more unjust than Montresor since The old man didn't do anything and the main character was also trying to remove the eye without permission.
