Cheerios is a great way to start out the day. Cheerios is low in saturated fat and cholesterol. It's a great source for fiber, vitamins A, C, phosphorus, selenium, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folate, B12, iron, zinc, and manganese.
The health benefits are great, but what I enjoy is how it has given us the opportunity to make breakfast a family event.
Our mornings use to be hectic, but now that we've made breakfast family time I find myself looking forward to the start of a new day. Are you all ready to seize the day?
