once there was a happy couple living in Germany. their names were Valdimar Ernst and Rebecca Ernst. They were very rich and even owned a village in Africa. Life was pretty good for them.
once the war stated they realized they had to leave. They took their children and fled Germany.
The boat ride was tiring and dangerous. If they were caught they'd be charged with treason and most likely killed.
They went to Rebecca's old town of Croyden. They planned on only staying for a little bit but, never left.
After facing some discrimination for their traditional German last name they changed it from Ernst to Ernest. Ernest was a very common English last name at the time.
from then on they lived happily in Croyden and grew their family even more.
