  • Isabella is at school. She has a lot of homework to do, so she will do it at home later. She is really tired, especially at the beginning of the day. It is hard for her to focus.
  • Isabella also has track practice, she is still tired and runs slowly. Practice takes up a big chunk of her day, so she can't do homework. This makes her procrastinate.
  • Now Isabella is starving. She will eat anything and everything.
  • Isabella also has to run some errands, so she still hasn't done any homework.
  • Isabella has also bought herself a nice, sugary,and caffeinated drink to enjoy while she runs errands
  • The caffeine from her drink, plus her body's focus on digesting her big meal will make her sleep harder and less effective.
  • Isabella is now laying in bed. She is worried and stressed because of her procrastination and the homework she hasn't completed. Homework and stress are her biggest sleep thieves, so she should really start to do her homework right when she gets home instead of waiting.. This would allow her to feel less stressed and go to bed earlier
