  • Act 1: Scenes 1-3
  • Alexander Hamilton. My name is Alexander Hamilton. 
  • Act 1: Scenes 4-6 
  • Tear him to pieces, Hamilton.
  • Stop this! 
  • You'll be back! 
  • Act 1: Scenes 7, 8, &13
  • See yourself out Burr 
  • Alexander Hamilton had a rough childhood. He grew up without a father and his mother died when he was young. He was put in charge of a trading charter until there was a hurricane that destroyed all the ships. He wrote about his pain and was dubbed an amazing writer. The people raised money and he was sent to America to get an education and put his skills to good use. 
  • Act 1: Scenes 14-16 & 18
  • Call me son one more time! 
  • Seabury came into the bar and announced his loyalty to King George. Mulligan claimed he needed to be taken off his pedestal, and Alexander is the one to do it. Burr consistently tries to attempt at talking his out of starting an unnecessary fight, however, Hamilton is not so easily persuaded. 
  • Act 1: Scenes 19-21
  • What comes next? You've been freed. 
  • King George happily sings of his certainty that America will come back under his rule. He claims that he will show his love by sending armies that will kill everyone that you love to remind you that he is still there and he can't be forgotten. Washington ignores Burr as he asks him to position him as his right-hand man.  Instead he asks Alexander to fill the role. 
  • Act 1: Scene 23
  • You're a better lawyer, will you please help me defend the Constitution? 
  • Hamilton and Burr get into a duel after Burr drags Washington's name through the mud. he fought trying to defend him and Washington was not pleased. After some very disrespectful comments towards his commanding officer Hamilton was told to go home. 
  • Go home Hamilton. 
  • King George sings a message to America: So you've been freed? Soon you'll see that it's not as easy to run a country as I make it seem.  And when you fail, and come crawling back to me, I'll be waiting. 
  • Hamilton requests Burr's help to write what will be known as "The Federalist Papers". A list of letters defending the United States Constitution. 
  • No, not happening.
