  • Tom walker was a man with a soft character. He was married, and his wife was the one to set her foot down. She would always critique Tom for not being brave enough, she was the define by having a tough character.
  • One day, he went for a walk and took a short cut, finding the devil offering him a treasure. Tom scared frightened refused to accept the treasure and took his way back home.
  • I accept!
  • Let's work together.
  • He told his wife about the events, she mad, told him how wrong was from him to denied the treasure. She decided that even if Tom refused the treasure, she would go and accept it herself.
  • After the decision of Tom's wife she went on to the forrest. Tom confused that after three days that her wife took off, she haven't come back he went to look for her. Getting in into the forrest he found what used to be his wife, only her heart and liver laying on the floor, happiness spread through Tom's body.
  • Tom, still happy from his wife death, he decided he would go to the devil and finally accept the treasure. The talk between him and the devil ended up with him accepting the treasure and also joining the devil to work as usurer.
  • He sold his soul to the devil, the more he work, the more his true colors of began show. When he got older, one day while doing his job he treated bad a man and he annoyed he said " devil take me of i have made a farthing!". After that the devil took Tom in the back of his horse and rode away into the thunderstorm.
