Welcome to IT Support Solutions Operational Plan 2017-2018
Hello! My name is Claire Rivas and I'm your IT Support Solutions Manager
To begin with, in the year 2017 we would like to further optimize our Help Desk service by modifying the processes to improve also give the best user and employee experience.
Our operational plan standard is based on industry standards from the Help Desk Institute (HDI) and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
3 Factors for Customer Satisfaction: • Set clear and concise expectation. • We deliver our services at consistent rate. • Provide our services at reasonable cost.
Mission: We deliver effective technical support solutions to increase the efficiency of our customers. Vision: Increase both the efficiency of our services and customer satisfaction to the highest capability in 2017-2018
There will be six S.M.A.R.T Goals in IT Support Solution Operational Plan, we will look into how to improve the quality of our service provided to improve customer experience.
