This branch is the Legislature Branch. (The Congress Of The Untied States) This branch makes the nation's laws. Congress is divided into two parts, the House of Representatives and the Senate. Citizens elect lawmakers to serve in the Legislature.
This branch is the Executive Branch. This branch carries out laws. The President heads this branch and approves or rejects laws made by Congress. If laws are approved, the President makes sure they're carried out. American citizens vote to decide who will be president.
This last branch is the Judicial Branch. This branch decides what laws mean and whether they obey the Constitution. The Supreme Court heads this branch.
