  • Biomolecules is a molecule that is present in living organism.
  • There are four biomolecules: Carbohydrates, Protein, Lipids, and Nucleic acid.
  • Protein are large biomolecules, or macromolecules, consisting of one or more long chains of amino acid residues. They are in fish, meat, nuts, and beans.
  • Carbohydrate are a large group of organic compounds occurring in foods and living tissues and including sugars, starch, and cellulose
  • lipids comprise a group of naturally occurring molecules that include fats, waxes, sterols, fat-soluble vitamins
  • Nucleic acids are biopolymers, or large biomolecules, essential for all known forms of life.
