  • I think its symbolic of two cultures joining together in peace
  • What do we see? What do we think? What do we wonder?

  • I then discussed this with other members of staff.
  • Perhaps we should try out some thinking routines
  • So I tried out some thinking routines!
  • In the second survey 84% said they felt  included and 78% said they felt more confident in answering!
