  • Was the first meeting since 1614 of the French Estates-General, a general assembly representing the French estates of the realm.
  • The March of Versailles
  • Was a pivotal event during the first days of the French Revolution. The Oath was a pledge signed by 576 of the 577 members from the Third Estate who were locked out of a meeting of the Estates-General.
  • The Reign of Terror
  • Occurred in Paris, France, on the morning of 14 July 1789. The medieval fortress and prison in Paris known as the Bastille represented royal authority in the centr of Paris.
  • The Rise of Napoleon
  • The Women's March on Versailles, also known as The October March, The October Days, or simply The March on Versailles, was one of the earliest and most significant events of the French Revolution.
  • The reign of terror was a period of time occured after the onsent of the French Revoultion. (every one who was against the revolution was executed)
  • After seizing political power in France in a 1799 coup d’état, he crowned himself emperor in 1804. Shrewd, ambitious and a skilled military strategist, Napoleon successfully waged war against various coalitions of European nations and expanded his empire. However, after a disastrous French invasion of Russia in 1812, Napoleon abdicated the throne two years later and was exiled to the island of Elba
