  • Herald, I don't really want to go to school today.
  • Somebody was picking on me yesterday.
  • You are such a loser!!!
  • Later that day...
  • Hey whats wrong. I can see that you are sad by the way you look.(1)
  • I was called a loser today.
  • I was in gym class and I was called a loser. I was called a loser because I couldn't keep up with everyone else when we were playing basketball. I could of solved it by telling him that everybody is different instead of just being sad. (2)
  • What exactly happened? It can ease up the pain when you just say what, why, and how.
  • Okay something I did when I was a kid was to stop, think, act, review to think how to handle the situation to keep you on a good path. (4)
  • I should use F.A.T. listening. (focus, ask questions and tune in...) (3)

  • Thanks! I feel way better now and I want to handle the situation differently now!
  • The last way to solve problems is to be mindful. You can be in the moment instead of drooping and sobbing about your past it can help you be more successful. (5)
