Jazz and Baseball. My dad taught me everything about baseball. It got me an athletic scholarship to San Francisco State.
(Pearl Harbor Happens) We were given 10 days notice.. We were only allowed to bring what we could carry with us.
It was different from home. There was military around us all the time. Everything and every opportunity I had was gone.
We had to make the most out of it. Everyone pitched in for supplies and food to rebuild our new home and to establish to a new life style.
I met this one girl, her name was Katie. She taught music class and was interested in music like I was. But her dad was part of the military...
Life was good living at the camps. I learned a lot and I found true love. Yeah, I know that my chances of a scholarships and a bright future is gone but at least I made the most out of what I had.
