Do you like fictional or non fictional text more?
I like fictional text because fictional text is much easier to understand as a reader and offers more directions the story can go in
That makes sense. But why is it important to know how an author develops a story?
The author can develop the story through the change of setting and character traits. An example of this in my story is the 3 major settings the book happens in. These settings make the book very interesting and exciting because the prison makes you not want to put the book down and see if he can eventually get out or if he is going to die or what will happen.
Okay I get that but then how does an understanding of characters help us function better in our own lives
Well you can learn from the character's mistakes and also the things they did well. Also you can help understand how people may feel and other people's thoughts and reasoning.
Okay last question. Why are different points of view so valuable and pivotal to understanding each other?
They are so valuable because with them you can learn other people's thoughts and ideas on the current situation at hand.
Thanks for your help
