Thank goodness the Dred Scott case didn't go to Dred Scott. He has no rights to be a free U.S. citizen. He is a slave, slaves don't have rights. The Fugitive Slave Act states that slaves that make it to the free land are still slaves and must returned to their owners.
Meanwhile In The Free North...
It's crazy how rude the south was to that guy Dred Scott! Also why are they making us take part of the Fugitive Slave Act, by returning slaves to their owner when they deserve freedom? They better not be planning to spread slavery up here, we are the free states we cant sit and watch this happen.
