Castle of the Danes
Behold, I am Beowulf of the Geats and have traveled here to battle the mighty Grendal.
I will fight Grendel and only the lord will know who wins, if I die tell my family.
Hrothgar's castle, Beowulf and his crew of 15 men plus the sea captain have arrived and is going to meet with the king about the terrizing monster Grendal.
Beowulf of Hyglec's kingdom tells the king he has bound five beasts and other accomplishments. Grendel, this cruel monster, will now be mine to best in single battle! And so I seek from you, sovereign of the glorious Danes, bulwark of the Scyldings, a boon - and, friend of the peoples, sheild of the warriors, do here, this stalwart band, may purge Heorot!
Beowulf says "I suppose that, if he wins the fight, he will in this golden hall fearlessly devour my Geatish band, as he often did before to those most noble thanes... If battle takes me, send to Hygelac the peerless armor that protects my breast... Destiny will goas she must."
